On 30 September 2025, the European Commission announced its new EU-wide Financial Literacy Strategy (EU-FLS). This strategy recognises financial literacy as a critical life skill. According to the 2023 Eurobarometer survey, less than one fifth (18%) of EU citizens have a high level of financial literacy. The worst affected include women, young adults, older people and lower-income groups.

On a more global level, Sustainable Development Goal 5 (Gender Equality) of the United Nations aims at achieving gender equality and empowering all women and girls.

The Return on Investment (ROI) of promoting financial and emotional well-being for women employees in your organisation can be huge.

Financially empowered female employees:

  • Experience greater sense of well-being
  • Contribute to reduced absenteeism
  • Show higher attachment to the organisation

I will be happy to collaborate with you in determining the best format for your organizational needs, for both Financial Well-being and Life Coaching.
